Vintage Industrial Style Metal Stool, France, 1950s

Vintage metal industrial style stool with metal legs and a 70cm high solid wood seat (France, c.1950). We recovered several metal industrial stools from a metallurgical factory in France. It has a 100% industrial style with its blue patina typical of the industrial workshops of the time. Its own imperfections accumulated over time give it its own character so characteristic of vintage pieces. Originally this stool was a 50cm high stool, and the legs were lengthened to make it a 70cm stool. Moreover, the original seat was made of PP plastic and due to its state of conservation it was changed for a solid wood seat with an aging effect. We love it for its mechanical blue patina.
