Vintage Design
It is a masterpiece of design, the library Joy Zanotta, a synthesis of simplicity, aesthetics and function. Joy is structured around a central pole which rests on the lowest shelf: the other shelves in an inverted L, arranged in ascending measure upward, can rotate around the pin, giving Joy a chance to assume a variety of forms and be positioned on the wall or at the center of the space, turning now on a shelf, now in a partition element, now in a desk equipped.
Designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1989, Joy won the Compasso d’Oro in 1991.
