19th Century Empire Style Gilt X Frame Stool
A superb piece, this antique Neo-Classical X Frame stool is in the Empire style, it has an old silk upholstered seat with matching gold tasseled cushion the show wood is carved and gilded in the classical style. The seat upholstery is in a dark blue silk and gold brocade, it is in very good condition, the cushion has seen a bit more wear but it has protected the seat
A lovely piece in good condition with minor wear too the gilt finish
