This is a fabulous Vintage set of fourteen Wheatsheaf Shieldback dining chairs, Circa 1960 in date. The fantastic vintage set of sixteen superb mahogany swag back dining chairs, date from the mid 20th Century. Masterfully crafted in beautiful solid mahogany throughout, the finish and attention to detail on display are truly breathtaking. The superb set of fourteen Shieldback chairs comprised twelve side chairs and two armchairs, all featurimg an attractive carved wheat sheaf decoration with ‘drop in’ seats that have been reupholstered in the finest teal damask. A set of chairs fit for a King.
