Vintage Design
Designed by renowned Danish furniture maker, Niels Koefoed, for Koefoeds Hornslet, the “Lis” chair, was created in 1961.
The chairs are made of teak with black, skaï/ leatherette/vinyl and are in excellent original condition.
The set of chairs is in excellent, original condition with extremely light marks of use and a patina of time, on the structures commensurate with their age.
The seats are original with a superb patina of time and very light marks of time and use. No tears or rips on the seats.
The chairs also have the original, on their legs tips, with original pads.
All of the chairs have their manufacturing marks, with both the country of origin, the designer and manufacturer verifying
their authenticity (see photos.)
This set of chairs is as comfortable as it is beautiful and will only compliment any given mid-century environment and décor.
