Omann Jun Model 76 desk for Omann Jun Möbelfabrik, Denmark, 1960s. This is a high-quality ‘executive’ desk with great attention to detail. It features a rosewood veneer desktop with a solid rosewood edge and sits on two pedestals, each with three drawers. The drawers are lined with beechwood and have rosewood veneer fronts with solid rosewood edges. The upper drawers on both sides are lockable and have an integrated pen holder. At the back, the desk has two open shelves and a central cabinet with a drop-down door, all with rosewood veneer and solid rosewood edges. It is supported by solid rosewood legs with chamfered inner edges. The desk is in good vintage condition, with light signs of use, adding to a beautiful patina, especially on the desktop.
