Machine age crackle painted desk lamp. Cast iron base and brass shade. Original crackle painted finish has dark black and green accents. The painted finish is very worn, and has some splotches of different paint colors, a sign that it was used in an artists studio. Rewired with green fabric cord, single standard base bulb. American, C. 1930
