Charming side table with painted decoration of plant compositions on two trays. Each top is embellished with an openwork brass gallery and each scene, featuring flowers and birds, is painted on a background of thuya speckled veneer.
The gilded feet supporting the two panels are turned slightly in a spindle shape with a collar. They end by tapering towards the front.
This side table will charm you with its refinement and delicacy.

A highly-recommended Japan-inspired organic Austrian modernist table. An elegant piece, to be used as a side / coffee / end or occasional table. Also usable as a flower bench or stand. Designed in 1955 by Austrian architect Max Kment, manufactured by his Kunstgewerbliche Werkstatte in Vienna. Made of maple tree wood, with four tapered conical legs. Partly wrapped with braided wicker cord / rope, the table has a clear glass desktop with rounded corners. In good condition with age-related signs of age. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity

Small living room furniture all sides of the Art Deco period, in walnut, with an opening by slaughtering. The top is made up of a placing deployed with symmetrical walnut. The door, equipped with a nickel -plated brass button and cut edges, opens thanks to a compass and reveals a substantial storage space accompanied by a sliding tablet. Surrounding this high element, large feet in solid walnut, rectangular and curved in the lower part, join a base.
Ideal as a small extra furnishings, practical and harmonious, it will have this advantage of taking various uses according to the parts it will occupy. Additional storage space, sofa, small shelf or trendy bedside, it will find its place in your interior in combination style and functionality.

Small Bauhaus Side Table in Chrome & Bakelite, Germany, 1930s, in Good conditions. Designed 1920 to 1949

Kitchen or Farm Table hand-made in England in the mid 1600s using oak and pegged construction. This is an absolutely stunning table with a long, long life. Being an antique dealer I come across a lot of pieces that are very old but there are some that just really beg to be asked what they have seen throughout their life: wars, famines, family dramas … this table has seen them all! The top of the table consists of a single large board, inset in flat molding and sits son a straight apron that has been decorated with simple geometrical hand-carvings at some point. The table has four large hand-turned legs connected by a box stretcher, and sitting on block feet. At every joint of the table one can see clearly the wooden pegs that still hold it together, as well as the wear accumulated over time. The table was bleached, and there is something special about how very old English oak bleaches, it stays warm and acquires a deep white/ light gray color.
This is an absolutely stunning table, and so so so so old! The structure is sturdy and this guy can still be used on a daily basis to prep meals, or just sit in an entryway to welcome your guests. This is most definitely a conversation piece that will wow everyone entering your home.
