Atypical solid walnut sideboard from the beginning of the 20th century.
This piece of furniture is a curiosity, built at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century, everything is reminiscent of art deco, but the strong inspiration of the Louis XV style was not appropriate.
Indeed, crowbars and scallops are normally rarely represented at this time. This sideboard is certainly the result of a cabinetmaker’s imagination.
This piece of furniture is beautifully constructed, with beautiful proportions, the solid walnut is of good quality and gives it a sparkling patina.
The interiors are cleaned and glazed.
