It does not go unnoticed this large coffee table by Maison Charles.
The base has brass elements and plywood blocks, the element however, that stands out is the bronze “Flying horse of Gansu”, there are 4 of them supporting the two glass panes.
The smaller glass, as well as the low top, has dimensions 80 x 40 cm and is supported by the horses’ tails.
Please note that it is necessary to add a thick piece to one of the tails to guarantee the support of the top (note the added piece in support in photos 12 and 13).
The main support surface, the upper one, is 180 x 90 cm; it is supported by the horses’ heads.
One of the horses has been welded on (see last photo).
