Graceful little violin-shaped pedestal table with a moving top, made of a beautiful mahogany veneer. The edge, in solid mahogany, is molded with a corbin beak groove.
The belt of this elegant piece of furniture follows continuously the movement of the top. It opens with two drawers 5 cm deep, opposite each other, in the width of the table.
The underside of the entablature is enriched with four small bobbins.
A central shaft in the shape of a vase, nicely decorated with gadroons, rests on a cylindrical element with a large moulding.
The base is entirely made of solid mahogany and is stabilized by four superb feet, sculpted in volutes.
